Poached lemon pepper chicken

Ingredients:
  • 4 defrosted chicken breasts
  • lemon pepper seasoning
  • alumnium foil
  • cooking spray 
    Directions:
  1. Oven to 400
  2. Spray 4 large sheets of heavy-duty foil with oil
  3. sprinkle chicken with lemon pepper seasoning and place one on each piece of foil
  4. wrap foil to make a packet and place on 9x13 pan
  5. bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink
serve with your favorite veggies! This chicken comes out very tender.
