What's Cooking this week {5/7/12}

Ok, with Mother's day and being sick, this week slipped away from me (plus my mom was in town, FYI the chicken artichoke lasagna; has her seal of approval! She even asked me for the recipe.

To top it all off, my husband is working some overtime, so the meal planning was kind of on the fly this week. Oh yeah, let's throw in our wedding anniversary too. This equals one crazy week!

Without further ado, here is what was planned for this week.

What's Cooking This Week:

Sunday: I didn't cook, it was mother's day, hello!
Monday: Sun dried tomato basil stuffed pork loin
Tuesday: Crockpot lasagna * this is our new recipe for the week
Wednesday: cilantro lime chicken
Thursday: It's our 4 year wedding anneverary, I am so not cooking! Sorry!
Friday:  Grilled steaks, just using a 30 minute marinade of your choice.
Saturday:  Crockpot chicken cordon bleu
