Breakfast Wraps

Ingredients:
  • Whole wheat tortillas
  • Eggs (we use to 2-3 per person
  • 1-2tbs milk
  • 1lb of sausage (you can use turkey sausage, if you would like)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2-3 green or colored peppers 
  • 1tbs oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • salsa (optional)

Directions
  1. Cut onion & peppers into slices and cook in oil until onions are clear
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk salt & pepper. Pour into pepper and onions
  3. Warm tortillas in the microwave for about 15-30 seconds depending on the number of tortillas
  4. Once filling is cooked, spoon approximately 1 cup into tortilla 7 top with salsa

Notes: You can use anything you like in omelets for this recipe, make it your own, this is our favorite version.
