Crock pot baccon cheeseburger soup

Ingredients:
  • 1lb of ground beef
  • 1-10oz container of Philadelphia Cooking Crème
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 1 bag of hasbrowns
  • 1lb velveeta cheese
  • 32oz chicken stock
  • small onion dice
Directions:
  1. brown the hamburger & cook bacon, then crumble
  2. Add all ingredients to crock pot & cook on high for 4-5 hours, stirring occasionally.

  1. The sausage and peppers is a favorite in our house. I have made it with both smoked sausage and brats. I am very excited to hear how you liked your other recipes since Mak likes some food one day and not the next it is getting hard to come up with ideas.
