- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 16oz can of whole cranberries in sauce
- 2 tsp orange zest
- 3 lb turkey breast
- combine marmalade, cranberries and zest in a bowl and mix
- Place turkey breast in slow cooker and pour half of the mixture over the turkey
- cover and cook 7-8 hours on low (or 3 1/2-4 hours on high) or until juices run clear
- add remaning half of mixture for last half hour of cooking ( I am pretty sure I always add it all at once, what can I say; I can't read directions!)
- remove tureky and allow to rest for 15 minutes
- serve with sauce
