Cranberry orange turkey breast

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 16oz can of whole cranberries in sauce
  • 2 tsp orange zest
  • 3 lb turkey breast
    Directions:

    1.  combine marmalade, cranberries and zest in a bowl and mix
    2. Place turkey breast in slow cooker and pour half of the mixture over the turkey
    3. cover and cook 7-8 hours on low (or 3 1/2-4 hours on high) or until juices run clear
    4. add remaning half of mixture for last half hour of cooking ( I am pretty sure I always add it all at once, what can I say; I can't read directions!)
    5. remove tureky and allow to rest for 15 minutes
    6. serve with sauce
